👀 Who’s on the Senior Bowl Watch List?

After what they called “early eight months of tape study and valuable input from coaches to identify the “best of the best” draft prospects at every level of college football,” Reese’s Senior Bowl has announced their 2025 watch list.

This year’s 12th annual list is comprised of an all-time record 859 prospects.  This total number is up significantly from past years due to the new addition of specialists and underclassmen, as well as, the inclusion of many fifth and sixth-year seniors opting to use their extra Covid year of eligibility.

Per last November’s ruling by the National Football League, all college players three years removed from high school are now eligible to enter the NFL Draft and thus, for the first time ever, the Senior Bowl Watchlist includes 81 underclassmen their staff has identified as potential early-out draft prospects.

Nine players from UNC, eight players from NC State and three players from Duke were named to the 2025 Senior Bowl Watchlist.

Reese’s Senior Bowl is widely regarded as the preeminent college football all-star game and the first stage in the NFL Draft process. The longest continual-running all-star game has taken place in Mobile the past 74 years. More than 900 NFL personnel, including key decision-makers from all 32 teams, and over 1,100 media members from around the country were credentialed last year. In each of the past three years, the Reese’s Senior Bowl has had 100 or more players drafted and over 40 percent of the entire draft class, which are both record-setting figures for any all-star game.
