The Carolina Panthers made a move – other than a roster cut – ahead of Sunday’s 6pm deadline, trading a 2028 6th round draft pick to the Chargers for defensive tackle TeRah Edwards.
Edwards was signed by the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Illinois in 2025. He has yet to play in an NFL game, but had a productive training camp with the Chargers – recording 10 tackles and two quarterback pressures during the preseason.
