Photos: North Carolina exits Men’s NCAA Tournament in First Round

GREENVILLE, S.C.– No. 6 North Carolina dropped their opening game against VCU, 82-78, in the first round of the men’s NCAA Tournament on Thursday night. After leading by 19 points at the second half’s 14:58 minute mark, VCU cut it to single digits with 4 minutes and 50 seconds left. Henri Veesaar led the Tar Heels in scoring 26 points and grabbed 10 boards. VCU’s Terrance Hill Jr. scored a game-high 34 points. Check out photos from the game.
