Panthers legend Cam Newton returned to Bank of America Stadium to bang the Keep Pounding drum ahead of Carolina’s Wild Card matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
A full stadium greeted the former NFL MVP with a thunderous applause as he took the field. Newton did his signature Super Man pose and hit the drum so hard that a hole formed on his fourth pound.
Afterward Newton was met by other Panthers’ legends including Thomas Davis, Captain Munnerlyn, Charles Johnson, Tre Boston and Mike Tolbert.
