Everything You Need to Know About the Panthers vs Packers

The Panthers return to the road to face Green Bay at Lambeau Field, where they have gone 2-6 against the Packers including the first ever meeting between the clubs in the 1996 NFCn Championship Game. Overall, the Panthers trail the series
6-12.

Of the 17 regular season meetings between the two clubs, 11 have been decided by one score, including the last five Carolina/Green Bay matchups, decided by a combined total point difference of four points.

After falling at home vs. Buffalo (10/26) last week, Carolina looks to continue their recent trend of rebounding after a loss. Following their last five losses dating back to Week 15 in 2024, the Panthers are 4-1, averaging 31.8 points per game and outscoring their opponents by 8.0 points per game.

Green Bay, coming off a road win at Pittsburgh, is 5-1-1, and the current number one seed in the NFC. Since 2010, the Panthers have gone 3-2 when facing a team with one or fewer losses after Week 9, including a 37-29 win over the 6-1 Packers in 2015. The Carolina losses, both to Kansas City (2020 & 2024) came by a combined five points.

• Tetairoa McMillan is tied for the lead among rookies with 15 explosive plays (runs of 12+ yards or receptions of 16+ yards) this season, including four explosive receptions last week vs. Buffalo (10/26). This season, only three rookies have had a game with four+ explosive receptions.

• Since Week 3, rookie OLB Nic Scourton has registered all 14 of his quarterback pressures, tied for second among rookies in that span. Green Bay’s streak of 11 straight wins against teams outside of the NFC North, which is the longest streak by the Packers in games played outside the division since the 1970 AFLNFL merger (per Elias) and the longest streak by an NFC North team since divisional realignment in 2002, was snapped with a Week 3 loss at Cleveland.
