Everything You Need to Know About the Panthers vs Falcons

After a two road game skid to start the season, the Panthers return to Bank of America Stadium for its 2025 home opener against divisional rival Atlanta Falcons.

The Panthers enter the Week 3 matchup with an 0-2 record after falling to the Arizona Cardinals on the road, 27-22. Carolina follows its home opener with a trip to Foxborough to take on the Patriots in Week 4.

The Falcons travel to ‘The Queen City’ following a 22-6 victory over the Minnesota Vikings for their second NFC South matchup of the season. Atlanta enters 0-1 in divisional play and look to avoid back-to-back division losses.

This will be the 61st matchup between the two clubs, with the Falcons leading the series 37-23. The two teams last met in Week 18 of the 2024 season, an overtime thriller where the Panthers’ put up a team high 44 points, the most in a game since they scored 45 in 2017, Week 10 against Miami.
