A team spokesman confirmed with Carolina Blitz that Carolina Panthers’ quarterback Andy Dalton was involved in a minor car accident Tuesday.
Dalton, his wife, three children and dog were headed westbound on Sardis Road approaching Providence Road. No one from Dalton’s family was transported by emergency medic personnel.
Dalton is being evaluated by team medical personnel. There are no further details to pass along at this time.
