With the 1st round of the 2024 NFL draft minutes from ending, the Carolina Panthers traded their 33rd 2nd round pick and 141st picks to the Bills, in exchange for Buffalo’s spot at 32 overall and 200 overall (in the 6th round). Carolina used the pick to select South Carolina receiver Xavier Legette.
The Panthers have made it a priority to surround last year’s number one overall pick, Bryce Young, with protection and weapons – adding offensive linemen Robert Hunt and Damien Lewis, as well as, wide receiver Diontae Johnson.

I think the utility of Xavier Legette makes a whole lot of sense. The #Panthers, Dave Canales, and Dan Morgan have been wanting a vertical and YAC threat and they got one
