Panthers Fans React to the Team Naming Dan Morgan President of Football Operations/General Manager

Monday night the Carolina Panthers named Dan Morgan President of Football/General Manager. Morgan, who was drafted by the Panthers in 2001 and played in Carolina for seven years, has served as Assistant General Manager under former General Manager Scott Fitterer for the last three years.

“Dan has a thorough knowledge of our football personnel and a clear vision to take us where we all want to go,” Panthers owner David Tepper said. “We know he will attack this opportunity with the same intensity he did as a Panthers player.”

Panthers fans reacted to the hire with mixed emotions.
