The Carolina Panthers had several key players limited during Wednesday’s practice ahead of their week five matchup against the Detroit Lions.
Linebacker Frankie Luvu (hip) and running back Miles Sanders (groin) were limited. Donte Jackson, who was sidelined with a shoulder injury during Sunday’s loss to the Vikings, was also limited.
In good news for the team, Austin Corbett – who had off season surgery to repair a torn ACL – returned to the field for the first time this season. Corbett has been on the physically unable to perform list and now has a 21 day period to be placed on the active 53-man roster.
