Friday, the Carolina Panthers filled a key role on their coaching staff – announcing the hiring of Thomas Brown as their new offensive coordinator.
Brown spent the last three seasons on Sean McVay’s staff in LA where he started as the running backs coach before being named assistant head coach ahead of the Rams’ Super Bowl-winning 2021 season. Last year Brown was assistant head coach/ tight-ends coach.
