There are several key Panthers who are listed as questionable for Thursday night’s match-up against the Falcons; including corner back Donte Jackson (ankle), offensive lineman Taylor Moton (elbow), defensive tackle Matt Ioannidis (back) and running back Chuba Hubbard (ankle).
Jackson, who was suited up and active last week but remained on the sideline, said during media availability Tuesday he would be playing.
Safety Juston Burris (concussion) and wide receiver Rashard Higgin (illness) will not play.
