UNC quarterback Sam Howell has officially declared for the NFL Draft with this video he posted on social media Saturday.
Howell’s departure was a foregone conclusion to many, but the Tar Heels’ quarterback was adamant about not announcing his plans until after UNC’s bowl game appearance. Howell ends his career at North Carolina with over 10,000 passing yards, 109 touchdowns and an average passer rating of 162.2
