The Carolina Panthers have one player who was voted by fans, players and coaches as a starter in the 2022 NFL Pro Bowl. Brian Burns will make his first appearance in the game since being drafted in 2019.

Burns has 9.0 sacks this year (already matching last year’s total), 25 tackles and two forced fumbles.

In reaction to his Pro Bowl nod the Panthers’ defense end posted on his Instagram that while he feels blessed by the honor, he’s not satisfied.

Haason Reddick, who led all NFC outside linebackers in fan voting for the Pro Bowl, was named a first alternate. Jeremy Chinn was named a third alternate at safety, and Zane Gonzalez (who was just placed on injured reserve) a fifth alternate at kicker.
