NC State will look to help the ACC battle back from a rough opening night of the annual ACC-Big Ten Challenge as they host Nebraska Wednesday at PNC Arena.

The Wolfpack (5-1) return to action after recently defeating Louisana Tech 90-81 last Saturday in Raleigh. Cole Hellems led the Pack with a career-high 31 points while NC State as a team connected on 11 shots from beyond the arc matching their season-high total so far.
Dereon Seabron, who has stepped up as a leader on offense this season turned in a season-low 12 points. The Wolfpack received an unexpected spark from sophomore Ebenezer Dowuona who chipped in with 10 points and six blocks.
Nebraska (5-2) heads to Raleigh winners of their last four games most recently 83-70 winners over South Dakota last Saturday. The Huskers are led by freshman Bryce McGowens. The five-star recruit currently averages 17.0 ppg while grabbing 6.7 rebounds per outing which also leads the team.
This will be the first-ever matchup between the two programs.
