Carolina Panthers’ head coach Matt Rhule has confirmed what has already been widely speculated. Cam Newton will start Sunday when the Panthers host the Washington Football Team. Rhule also said quarterback PJ Walker will be ready to play and he and Newton may both be incorporated into the game plan.
