Wolfpack Sends Message with Dominating Win Over Boston College

Raleigh, NC – If anyone had any doubts of a letdown game after the open week, the NC State Wolfpack erased those possibilities with a dominating second-half performance leading to a 33-7 win over Boston College Saturday evening in Chestnut Hill, MA.

The win propels NC State to 5-1 overall and 2-0 in the ACC while the Eagles fall to 4-2 and 0-2 in ACC action.

How It Happened

Leary finished the contest 16-24 for 251 yards and three touchdowns. Thomas led in receiving with four catches for 122. Receiver Emeka Emezie sketched his name in the Wolfpack record book as his two catches on the night set the record for career receptions. Isaiah Moore finished with 9 total tackles and an interception along with a tackle for loss. NC State returns to action Saturday, October 23 as the Wolfpack continue their fair road trip with a matchup with the Miami Hurricanes
