If there’s an award for best way to announce your official 53-man roster, the Carolina Panthers would easily win.
All NFL teams had to trim their squad to the league-mandated 53 by 4pm Saturday. Instead of opting for the traditional press release Carolina had 3 year old Mason McDonald, who learned the name of every player on the team after Fan Fest, reveal the final group.
The Panthers open their season next week at home against the Rams.
