Panthers Sign Tre Boston

Tre Boston spent his first three seasons in Carolina before playing for the Chargers in 2017 and Cardinals in 2018. Wednesday night, the Panthers brought the safety back- signing him to a 1-year, $3 million contract.

Boston responded to the deal with this tweet.

Ron Rivera has been open about looking for answers at the safety position, which has mainly been a training camp battle between Ross Cockrell and Rashaan Gaulden for the 2nd spot along side Eric Reid. Things just got spicier with this signing.
