HUGE thank you to my guy, my mentor, my coach, and my FRIEND, coach K for allowing my dad to be an honorary coach for our game yesterday vs. Wake Forest. Also, BIG thank you to our players, support staff, and other coaches for allowing this, and presenting my dad with the game 🏀. It is something that he has not stopped talking about. Coach K always teaches us that one of the great things about being a part of a team is having MOMENTS together that last a lifetime. I am grateful to coach and my whole Duke family for allowing my dad and I to have this very special MOMENT! It is something that my family and I will cherish FOREVER! #creatmoments #cherishmoments #grateful #FAMILY #FOE #thebrotherhood #meandmydad #myhero❤️
Coach K also talked about the honor with the press after the game.
