Charlotte native and long-professed Panthers’ fan, Ric Flair made it known during training camp last year that he was jumping off the Carolina bandwagon in favor of their NFC rival Atlanta Falcons when he professed that he was “a Falcons fan now.”
Carolina faithful largely let the wrestling’s version of Drake slide, but with all the talk that he was doing, Panthers defensive end Charles Johnson felt compelled to speak up and the rest is Twitter ether history.
This dude Ric Flair is the ultimate groupie #factsornaw

I think we’re going to have to change Ric Flair’s nickname from Nature Boy to Fan Boy.
