It’s unclear whether rapper Soulja Boy, who has taken several L’s over the last few years, was shouting out the state or the team last night when he tweeted about North Carolina, either way, Tar Heel state residents weren’t here for it and responded accordingly.

UNC’s official athletics Twitter initially responded, but has since deleted the Tweet, but not before I got a screen shot. Maybe one of the basketball players told its administrator that that might not be the best look.
Looks like Soulja needs to find another state to shout out.
