Charles Johnson Agrees to Terms With Panthers

Well, that free agency period wasn’t long.

According to a report by the Charlotte Observer’s Joseph Person, Charles Johnson has agreed to terms with the Panthers that will keep him in Carolina for at least one more season.

Johnson, tweeted earlier Tuesday that he would make an “epic” announcement about his future on Wednesday.  Little did fans know, the news would be that he’s staying in Charlotte.

Charles’ teammates couldn’t let him getaway with toying with everyone’s emotions without giving him a hard time on Twitter.

Johnson’s return means that all team captains will return with their sight squarely on winning a Super Bowl.

The Panthers also resigned free agent Joe Webb.
