Sunday used to be the day when CIAA festivities would wind down, but this year it was more turned up than ever. So as I made my rounds to the final events of the tournament weekend, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into a day party at Suite and found Steph Curry’s mom, Sonya, partying with her friends.
I’ve always sensed that Momma Curry had a nice aura, but my assumptions were only proven true as I saw how she interacted with her friends and fans of her son who asked for pictures or just wanted to meet her. Those who met with her said she’s just as beautiful inside as she is outside…and who doesn’t love a woman who likes a good turn up?!
Momma Curry, you’re the real MVP.
