For the first time in over ten years the Panthers are going to the Super Bowl, and owner Jerry Richardson is making sure Carolina’s entire staff and a guest of their choice will be in Santa Clara to partake in the festivities.

This isn’t the first time Richardson has showed such generosity. In 2004, when Carolina played New England in Super Bowl XXXVIII, the Panthers owner footed the bill for more than 550 employees to attend the game- including flights, hotels, tickets to the game and access to team parties.
This is great way to show your workers appreciation.
