For the first time in over ten years the Panthers are going to the Super Bowl, and owner Jerry Richardson is making sure Carolina’s entire staff and a guest of their choice will be in Santa Clara to partake in the festivities.

This isn’t the first time Richardson has showed such generosity. Â In 2004, when Carolina played New England in Super Bowl XXXVIII, the Panthers owner footed the bill for more than 550 employees to attend the game- including flights, hotels, tickets to the game and access to team parties.
This is great way to show your workers appreciation.
