The Carolina Panthers have official locked-up their offensive and defensive leaders for the foreseeable future. According to reports, Pro Bowl linebacker Luke Kuechly has agreed to a 5-year $62 million extension.

With the deal, Luke become the highest paid inside linebacker in NFL history. During his time in Carolina Kuechly has lead the league in tackles (473), made two Pro-Bowls and was named defensive player of the year in 2013.
