The Panthers made their largest cut to-date today when they released 22 players ahead of Saturday’s 4pm deadline to reach a 53-man roster.
A couple of the biggest surprises were the release of Jordan Trodman, who had a solid pre-season with 17 carries for 134 yards, and Brentin Bersin, whose Wofford connection ran out as the Panthers focused more on speed in their receiving positions.
