Carolina wide receiver Stephen Hill was cited for drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop in Concord, Tuesday afternoon.

According to the report, the officer found two grinders with marijuana residue along with a marijuana bowl in Hill’s vehicle. There’s no word yet on why Stephen was pulled over or why his car was searched.
The Panthers have not released a statement about the citation.
