9th Wonder, Petey Pablo & Nappy Roots Headline NC State’s Packapalooza

Packapalooza is an all-day block party sponsored by NC State that caps off Wolfpack Welcome Week and the start of school.  This year, rappers 9th Wonder, Petey Pablo, Nappy Roots and more are headlining the event.
