Former football star Bo Jackson participated in the Cam Newton’s Charity Kickball Game last Friday and has some harsh words for Newton naysayers.
“It’s easy to sit there on your sofa and drink a beer and eat peanuts and criticize somebody,” Jackson said Friday night at Newton’s charity kickball tournament at BB&T Ballpark. “Get your lazy ass out there and try to play.”
“Those people that are poking holes in his game need to come out and put on a uniform and try to do what he does,” Jackson said. “Period. Bottom line.”
“He hasn’t even scratched the surface of his talent.”
Bo Knows… It’s easy to talk trash from your sofa as someone who has never played a down of professional football. During his time in the Carolina’s Cam has done formidable job on and off the field and I’m sure his best years are yet to come.
