If you have it, why not buy a pair of used shoes?

The earliest known pair of game-worn sneakers by Michael Jordan sold for $71,553.  The shoes, then known as the “Air Ships” were given to Lakers’ ball-boy Khalid Ali during the 1984-85 season.

Although the anonymous buyer paid a hefty sum, it pales in comparison to the $104,765 price tag paid for Jordan’s “Flu Game” shoes.
