It’s been a while since Roy Jones Jr. has had a fight in the United States, but that will all change tomorrow night when the 46-year-old takes on Baltimore’s Willie “For Real” Williams at Carolina Brawls’ Charlotte Night of Champions.
Comfortably dressed in a grey Jordan sweatsuit and Nike flip-flops, Roy talked to media about how it feels to be fighting in the U.S. again, his thoughts on the upcoming Mayweather/Pacquiao bout, and addresses those who doubt his title pursuit.
For those of you who are wondering if Jones Jr. will be coming out to his popular song, “Y’all Must’ve Forgot,” the Champ laughingly said no, but wouldn’t totally rule it out.
