In their final regular season game, the Lady Gamecocks fell to Kentucky 56-67. In the final minutes of the game, the Wildcats called a timeout – seemingly to celebrate the upset, which was not welcomed by Coach Dawn Staley, nor her assistants.

The Gamecock women’s basketball team finished the regular season with an impressive 27-2, 15-1 SEC record and will enter the SEC Tournament as the number one seed.
