Gene Chizik Named UNC’s Defensive Coordinator

Gene Chizik, who was the head coach of the Auburn 2011 National Championship team, has been named UNC’s new defensive coordinator.

This is Chizik’s first coaching job since being fired from Auburn after a disappointing 2012 season.
