Fade to Black…
Yesterday, ESPN reported that the Charlotte Hornets were discussing a three-way trade with the Nets and Thunder that would send Lance Stephenson to Brooklyn. In what appears to be a cryptic response to the rumors, Stephenson posted this on this Instagram page last night.
This isn’t the first time Lance has sent a message with this black-out post. Two months ago while he was stuggling during the Hornets’ disappointing 4-14 start, the team’s biggest off-season acquisition posted the same thing.
Does the blackout mean he’s not responding? Does it mean RIP to his time in Charlotte and Hello Brooklyn? Is it a sign of unhappiness? Only Lance knows, but time will soon tell what his future in the Queen City will be.
