To the dismay of Cincinnati and somewhat relief of Carolina, the Panthers/Bengals game ended in an anticlimactic 37-37 tie that confused rookie Kelvin Benjamin.
“I didn’t know you could tie in the NFL,” Carolina rookie wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin said.
People will laugh at Benjamin, but there were plenty of people that watched the end of that game scratching their heads.
