Clemson Fans Planning “Silent Out” For Louisville Game

I’ve heard of blackouts and whiteouts…never a silent out, but that’s not stopping students at Clemson from attempting one.

After Louisville head coach Bobby Petrino said he didn’t expect Death Valley would be any louder than Syracuse’s Carrier Dome, students decided to plan a “Silent Out” – where they are requesting attendees at Saturday’s game not utter a sound during pregame warm-ups.

It’s hard enough to get everyone to comply with a black or white-out. I figure it will be almost impossible to get nearly 80 thousand drunk fans to shut-up for 30 minutes to an hour.  Props on the unique idea though.
