After recovering from an ankle and shoulder injury most of the season, Christian McCaffrey is now nursing a thigh injury he sustained during the bye week. Wednesday he was limited at practice and Thursday he didn’t participate at all.
When speaking with us Thursday, Coach Rhule said he doesn’t expect McCaffrey will be available for Sunday’s game against Denver, but added that they will continue to monitor his progress.
